Responsibilities
Classification: Non Exempt/Non-Bargaining
Position may be located in any CCI location.
Performs audit of contract and supporting documentation required for a sale
Evaluates training gaps within sales organization and may lead training efforts to address
Independently assigns and manages daily tasks
Fields questions from and supports cross functional teams within the Sales implementation process
Regularly communicates through verbal and written means with internal and external customers
Regularly attends training sessions or engages in self-learning in order to stay on top of product and process changes
Supports the onboarding and training process for Commercial AEs
Engages with CRM to create customer records and sales orders
Provides guidance to less experienced Sales Coordinators by providing training/job shadowing
Provides weekly updates to team supervisor
Qualifications
3-5 years' experience in the telecommunications industry including sales or broad product experience.
High School diploma/GED
Salesforce, Excel, Word, Exchange, PeopleSoft experience preferred.
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
Responsible for routine tasks and workflow/order processes
Works independently and/or locally within their assigned market
